No. Act! Advantage plans are billed annually per user. The monthly prices shown are the annual rate divided across twelve months.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Every subscription includes personalized onboarding with a dedicated specialist, plus standard support. Enhanced support with priority phone help is a paid upgrade.
Which add-ons cost extra?
Custom industry tables, an online customer portal, additional email sends, extra email domains, and additional cloud storage are separate charges. Storage is $4 a month per 5 GB.
What does the desktop version cost?
Act! Premium Desktop is $40 per user each month, billed annually. You deploy and manage it yourself, and built in email marketing isn't available with it.
Can I change plans later?
You can move up to a higher plan as your needs grow. A dedicated account manager helps you choose the right fit.
