Frequently Asked Questions
What does shipping cost under $99?
Standard shipping is $9.99 and express is $19.99. Free shipping requires a $99 subtotal and isn't valid in Alaska or Hawaii.
What if my seeds don't sprout?
The Germination Guarantee refunds any pod that fails to sprout after 21 days. Chat with customer service and provide proof of purchase.
Is there a warranty on the gardens?
A limited warranty covers defective products. The original purchaser must notify AeroGrow during the warranty period and submit the original receipt.
What is the return policy?
AeroGarden accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Contact the company first to start a return, since return shipping labels and shipping costs aren't provided.
Do promotions change my refund?
Yes. Discounts applied at purchase are deducted from returned merchandise, so refunds reflect what you actually paid.
