Frequently Asked Questions
When do Rewards points post, and do they expire?
Points from online orders post 30 days after purchase. They expire after 12 months without a purchase or social sharing activity, and the program is open to US customers only.
Do Aetrex promo codes work on everything?
Codes are usually tied to a category, such as Last Chance styles or eligible orthotics, and promotion terms often bar stacking with other codes. Limited sizes can also sell out.
Can I return heavily marked down styles?
Styles discounted 60% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned, so check the markdown before you check out.
How do I apply points at checkout?
Log in, go to checkout, pick an amount in the Rewards dropdown, and click Apply. If the points don't apply, your balance is usually lower than the amount you selected.
What does a US return cost?
A 30 day health guarantee covers returns, but a $5.95 fee comes out of each US refund and original shipping is not refunded. Refunds arrive 5 to 7 days after drop off.
