Frequently Asked Questions
Does Ag Farm Toys offer free shipping?
The store's policies list no standing minimum. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout through USPS or UPS, and free shipping has shown up only in seasonal promotions.
What is the return policy?
Unopened items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping is not refunded, you pay return shipping, and opened items in mint condition carry a 10% to 50% restocking fee.
Can volume pricing be combined with a code?
No. Items with volume pricing can't have any other discount applied on top of that price.
Do coupon codes work on pre-orders?
Past newsletter sales excluded pre-order items, earlier orders, and shipping charges, and said codes could not be combined with other coupons. Read each code's terms before checkout.
Why is a pedal tractor charged separate shipping?
Pedal tractors are too large to ship with other items, so they get their own charge. They ship only within the continental US.
