Frequently Asked Questions
What does free delivery include?
Delivery to your first threshold with a signature, free in the NYC Metro Area with no minimum and at $1,299 elsewhere. Stairs, door removal, remote or ferry deliveries, and the NYC congestion fee cost extra.
Do sales and codes cover every brand?
Not always. The terms say sales leave out some brands and models, not every sale combines with other offers or rebates, and delivery and installation fees don't count toward a qualifying total.
What happens to my promotion if I return an item?
Free shipping, rebates, and all promotions are voided on a returned or refused order. Air conditioners, special orders, and installed or plugged in items can't be returned at all.
Can a price match be combined with a coupon?
No. Price matching can't be paired with other discounts and only works before shipping. AJ Madison won't match rebates, financing offers, clearance, or open box prices.
How much does a return cost?
Returns need an authorization number, must happen within 30 days of delivery, and require new in the box items. A restocking fee applies, listed as high as 35%, and shipping charges are not refunded.
