Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an Alen purifier?
You have 60 days from receipt for a full refund. Alen emails a FedEx return label, and its cost is deducted from the refund. Filters with the plastic wrapping removed can't be returned.
Do I need a filter subscription for the Forever Guarantee?
Coverage requires registering the unit and either an active subscription or proof of genuine Alen filter purchases. Using non-Alen filters puts the guarantee at risk.
Does the 60 day return apply to purchases from other retailers?
No. Alen's return process covers only orders placed on Alen.com. A unit bought elsewhere follows that retailer's return policy.
Is shipping free?
Alen advertises free shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of four purifiers or fewer. Orders going outside the continental U.S. aren't covered by that offer.
