Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies for the 10% welcome offer?
Only first time subscribers. After you sign up, check your texts to confirm the subscription and receive your discount code.
What if the shoes don't fit?
Orders from altrarunning.com have a 30 day trial run with free returns. Altra may ask for proof of purchase and can reject claims it suspects are fraud or abuse.
Can I combine a promo code with sale prices?
Altra's sale pages state their offers can't be combined with any other offer or discount. A welcome code is safest on full price styles, so confirm the cart total after applying it.
Does free shipping cover Puerto Rico and US territories?
No. Those destinations pay a flat $16.50 delivery fee. Free shipping elsewhere in the US requires selecting the Ground option.
