Frequently Asked Questions
Are there fees on top of the listed price?
Only shipping, handling, and insurance. Sales tax can also apply, and it depends on the state you ship to, not where you live.
Can I cancel after I place an order?
Cancellations are subject to the market loss policy plus a fee of $50 or 5% of the order total, whichever is greater. Once you have a confirmation number, the price is locked.
Does paying by check slow down my order?
Yes. Check and eCheck orders are held 4 to 6 business days after payment processes. Card orders for items not marked QuickShip ship within 3 business days.
What does a return cost?
You must notify APMEX within 7 days of delivery and keep the item in its original packaging. A restocking fee of $50 or 5% per product applies, whichever is greater, and shipping charges aren't refunded.
