Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my Avas Flowers order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, but same-day and next-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once submitted, even within that window.
Does Avas Flowers guarantee my flowers will stay fresh?
Yes, arrangements come with a 7-day freshness guarantee, so a wilted or damaged delivery reported within that window can qualify for a replacement.
What happens if I'm not happy with the arrangement that was delivered?
Avas Flowers will redeliver a replacement at no extra cost if you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. If the original flowers are kept and not made available for pickup, a refund may not be possible.
Why might my order arrive different from the photo online?
Avas Flowers reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when a local florist doesn't have the exact stems pictured, so the final look can vary from the online image.
