Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an online order?
You have 30 days from the ship date to return by mail, and the return label is free. Exchanges are handled in store within 90 days instead of by mail.
Do I get shipping back on a return?
Only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Otherwise the refund covers the purchase price and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Can I stack two promo codes?
Generally one code applies per online order. If a code doesn't work, remove other offers from your cart and try again, or pick the code that saves the most.
What can't be returned or exchanged?
Piercing earrings, nose piercing jewelry, permanent jewelry, service fees, and items engraved in store are excluded. Anything altered after purchase is also ineligible.
Can I use a gift receipt for a refund?
No. Gift receipts allow exchanges only, so a recipient who wants money back would need the buyer to complete the return.
