Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the strawberries arrive damaged or late?
Gifts are covered by the 100% Smile Guarantee, which offers a refund, redelivery, or comparable exchange. Contact live chat or customercare@berries.com.
What does Passport actually cover?
Free standard shipping applies to most direct shipped items within the continental US. No service charge applies to most local florist gifts scheduled two or more business days out. Same day, next day, and Saturday delivery can still add surcharges.
What are the same day delivery cutoffs?
Local shop orders qualify if placed by 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, or 11:30 AM on weekends, in the recipient's time zone.
Can I get a refund on Passport?
Yes, if you cancel within 30 days of enrolling or renewing and haven't used any benefits. The membership auto renews at the then current rate.
