Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
Thirty days from delivery. Footwear and accessories must come back in original condition and packaging, and skin care can also be returned within 30 days.
Do refunds include shipping?
No. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, excluding shipping charges.
Can I return an online order to a store?
No. Purchases from the website must be returned online, not to Birkenstock stores or authorized retailers.
Can I cancel an online order?
Not after it's placed, because orders go to fulfillment immediately. If you no longer want an item, return it within 30 days of delivery through the online returns portal.
