Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a coupon code with free shipping?
No. The free shipping offer is not valid with any other coupon, so you will have to pick one. It also excludes the commercial department, and oversize items cost extra.
What does shipping cost on a smaller order?
Without the free shipping offer, economy shipping is $5.99 on orders up to $24.99 and $8.99 from $25 to $74.99. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories use separate rates.
How long does economy shipping take?
Economy orders usually arrive 7 to 10 business days after the package leaves the distribution center. Regular delivery, which costs more, usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Can I use the free ornament coupon online?
No. It works only in the Frankenmuth store, requires a $30 purchase, and cannot be combined with other offers. You choose from a select group of ornaments at checkout, and it expires Jan. 31, 2027.
What is the return window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase, in original condition with the sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are refunded only if the return is due to Bronner's error.
