Can I combine a welcome offer with another promo code?
No. New subscriber offers can't be paired with other codes, and any discount applies to the subtotal only, not taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
What is a core charge, and how do I get it back?
It is a deposit included in the price of some aftermarket parts. Call the Returns Desk for an RMA number, then send the old core back within 30 days of receiving your replacement, using the replacement's box.
How long do I have to return a part?
Standard orders have 30 days, and CarParts+ members get 60. Return shipping comes out of your refund unless the part was defective or CarParts.com made a shipping error.
Does CarParts.com ship to a PO box?
No. PO boxes, mailboxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not served, and those orders are cancelled. Shipping charges on tires and aftermarket wheels are also nonrefundable.
