Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return window?
45 days from purchase. A printed, gift, or digital receipt and the original price tags are required, and items must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
Does returning by mail cost anything?
A $7 fee is taken from the refund when you use the prepaid label. It's waived if you choose merchandise credit on orders or items under $260.
Can I get a price adjustment after a sale starts?
Yes, once, on full price purchases within 7 days of the receipt date. Sale, discounted, and Final Sale merchandise are excluded.
What can't be returned?
Clearance items, Final Sale items, health and beauty accessories, pillows, and jewelry dishes.
Can I exchange an online order by mail?
No. Exchanges happen in a store, for the same item and color in a different size, and Online Exclusive styles can't be exchanged.
