Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return equipment?
New, unused equipment can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Call 1-877-428-2349 for authorization within that window, and return shipping is your responsibility.
What are the return rules for parts?
Used parts, batteries, and fluids cannot be returned. Parts returned more than 90 days after delivery carry a 25% processing fee, and returns are not accepted more than 1 year after receipt.
Does free shipping cover heavy equipment?
Free standard delivery applies to parts orders of $45 or more. Heavy items ship by freight at a separate cost shown at checkout.
What makes equipment non-returnable?
Once fuel is put into the fuel system, the unit is considered used and cannot be returned. Units that perform as designed are also considered used.
Are shipping charges refunded?
No. Shipping and handling charges for parts and equipment are nonrefundable unless Cub Cadet shipped the wrong item or approves a refund at its sole discretion.
