Frequently Asked Questions
What if my order arrives stale or damaged?
Request a reshipment or refund within 30 days of receipt if quality or freshness is not right. Contact customer service by phone or email, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
Does a refund include my discount?
Refunds cover only the amount charged to your payment method, not the amount saved with a discount code.
Is there a text alert offer?
Yes. Signing up for text alerts has earned 15% off a purchase.
Can I return a David's Cookies order?
No. Returns are not accepted because products are perishable food, and the satisfaction guarantee applies instead.
Is shipping free?
There is no site wide free shipping minimum. Free shipping has applied to select items, special promotions, and monthly clubs.
