Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use two Del Taco offers on one order?
No. Only one reward or offer can be applied per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other coupons or promo codes. Only one rewards account can be used per order.
How long do I have to use a reward I picked with points?
Once you select an offer to redeem with points, you have 30 days to use it. Promotional offers have their own expiration dates.
Why is my offer not applying?
Offers usually have to be saved first, then scanned in store or redeemed through the app or deltaco.com. Check the expiration date and whether your restaurant participates.
What if I forgot to scan my app at the register?
You can submit details from your Del Taco receipt online through your Rewards account to earn points on a qualifying purchase.
