Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a trade in voucher on a custom bat?
No. Vouchers apply only to non customized DeMarini baseball or fastpitch bats on demarini.com, and some trade up promotions run for limited windows tied to specific models.
How long is the warranty on a BBCOR bat?
DeMarini offers an expanded one year limited warranty on non wood BBCOR bats. It may repair, replace, or issue a voucher at its discretion. Start a claim with the online warranty form or call 800-401-1835.
Which old bats are accepted for trade in?
Bats from any brand can qualify, and DeMarini covers shipping both ways. Use the eligibility dropdown on the trade in form to see whether your model counts.
Does the first responder discount apply automatically?
After you verify once through SheerID, the discount applies whenever you are logged in to demarini.com.
