Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return window?
DXL accepts unworn, unlaundered merchandise within 90 days of purchase with a receipt or packing slip. Custom suits, suit separates, jackets, and dress shirts can't be returned unless defective.
Is there a fee on free shipping orders?
Yes. All online orders carry a $1.99 handling fee, even when standard shipping is free.
What happens to points if I return an item?
Points used on canceled or returned items are deducted from your balance. Once points become a dollar reward, that conversion can't be reversed.
What do returns cost?
Returns and exchanges at any DXL store are free. Mail returns with the prepaid UPS label have $7.50 deducted, waived for defective items and exchanges.
How are reward tiers calculated?
Tiers run on a rolling 12 months from enrollment. Classic is under $500, Premium is $500 to $1,249, and Elite is $1,250 or more.
