Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return Dogeared jewelry?
Yes, within 30 days of the ship date, refunded to the original payment method minus shipping. Pieces must be unworn with original packaging and invoice. Exchanges are not offered, and you pay return postage because no prepaid label is provided.
What if I forgot to apply my welcome discount before checking out?
Orders can't be changed online once placed. Email dogoodteam@dogeared.com right away, since most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Can a gift be returned?
Yes, within 30 days of the ship date. The recipient receives a Dogeared.com gift certificate for the item amount and needs the packing slip, order number and email address. Purchases from other retailers are not eligible.
Do welcome discounts work on sale jewelry?
Discount codes commonly exclude sale items and gift cards, and only one code applies per order. Check the terms tied to your offer before checkout.
