Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a DonJoy brace if it doesn't fit right?
Yes, most products qualify for a 30-day money back guarantee, though the refund is issued minus the original shipping and handling cost.
How long does a DonJoy Store refund take to process?
Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks to process once your returned item arrives at the warehouse, separate from your bank's own posting time.
Are all DonJoy Performance products eligible for return?
No, the custom-made Defiance knee brace doesn't qualify for the 30-day guarantee since it's built to order, and other custom items follow the same exclusion.
What warranty comes with a DonJoy Performance brace?
Coverage depends on the product line. Performance and Advantage braces carry a 6-month limited warranty, while custom lines like Defiance and A22 come with a limited lifetime warranty.
