Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Dooney & Bourke purchase?
The return window is 30 days from shipment, and items need to be in new, unused condition. A flat $10 return shipping fee applies to domestic orders, plus applicable tax.
Can international customers return a Dooney & Bourke order?
Yes, international returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt as long as the merchandise is unused, and the refund is credited in the original order's currency.
Are Pre-Loved Dooney & Bourke styles returnable?
No, Pre-Loved styles are sold as-is and final sale, so they can't be returned or exchanged.
What if my Dooney & Bourke bag arrives defective?
ontact customer service for a return label. Defective items shouldn't be charged the standard $10 return shipping fee, since that fee applies to standard, non-defective returns.
