Frequently Asked Questions
Does DripWorks offer free shipping?
The shipping page lists no free shipping threshold. Standard continental US ground rates step up with the order total, from $9.95 under $25 to $39.95 for $300 to $999, and 5.9% at $1,000 or more.
Can I return part of a kit?
No. Partial kit returns aren't credited or refunded unless a part has a manufacturer defect, so it helps to count parts as soon as the box arrives.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Report missing or damaged items to DripWorks within 48 hours of delivery. The company also suggests inspecting the whole order right away.
How long do I have to return an order?
New, unopened, unused items returned within 30 days of the original ship date get a refund, excluding original shipping. Days 31 to 60 carry a 20% restocking fee, days 61 to 90 a 30% fee, and nothing is accepted after 90 days. Return shipping is on you.
Can I return custom or special orders?
Only for manufacturer defects. Pond liners, geotextile material, high tunnels, and other flagged items are charged actual freight, billed on a separate invoice.
