Frequently Asked Questions
Does DS18 charge for shipping in the US?
Not in the lower 48 on orders placed through ds18.com. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free delivery. DS18 says most of the country gets orders within about 3 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless you bought Checkout+ Protection at checkout or DS18 sent the wrong item. In those cases DS18 supplies a prepaid label.
Does DS18 offer financing?
Yes, through Affirm. Eligibility and terms come from Affirm, so review the financing page or contact Affirm for details.
How long do I have to return something, and what does it cost?
Returns must reach DS18 within 30 days of purchase. Items sent back in brand new condition carry a 10% restocking fee, used or open-box items may cost more, and shipping fees are not refunded.
Does the two-year warranty cover every purchase?
It covers new items bought directly from ds18.com. Amazon and eBay purchases get a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty, and items from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered.
