Frequently Asked Questions
Does ESET offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Call 1-844-824-3738 and choose Option 1 with your card ready. It can take a full billing cycle to appear on your statement.
Does the ID.me discount work on every plan?
No. The group discount page limits it to NOD32 Antivirus, Internet Security, Smart Security Premium, Cybersecurity, and Cybersecurity Pro. It may not combine with other offers.
Can I stop my subscription from renewing automatically?
Yes, at any time. Open Subscription Management and switch off the Auto-Renew slider.
How long can I test ESET before committing?
Up to 60 days, since the 30 day return window starts when you buy, after the 30 day trial ends.
Are refunds available if I bought from a reseller?
Not through ESET. Only purchases made directly on eset.com qualify, and resellers set their own return terms.
