Frequently Asked Questions
Do FJ Insider perks carry over to other retailers?
No. Insider perks, including the extended 60-day return window, only apply to orders placed on FootJoy.com.
Which FootJoy items can't be returned?
Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Custom MyJoys shoes are also final, so contact customer service about fit or defects instead.
Can I exchange FootJoy shoes for a different size?
FootJoy has no exchange policy. Buy the size you want and send the other pair back for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Is faster shipping available without Insider?
Yes. Guests pay $15 for 2-day delivery or $25 for next day. Orders take up to 48 hours to process first, and next day orders must be placed by noon ET.
