Can I stack a promo code with Pay Now?
No. Pay Now discounts apply to base time and mileage only and can't be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional programs. Choose whichever gives the lower total.
What happens to FOXBucks if I cancel?
If you used rewards points, email your cancellation details to rewards@foxrentacar.com to have the points returned to your account.
How do cancellations work?
Pay Later reservations have no fee, though Fox asks for notice. Pay Now reservations can be cancelled 48 hours before pickup for a full refund to your card. They can't be modified, so changes mean rebooking at current rates.
What are the age rules?
At the corporate locations I checked, the minimum age is 21, or 18 on government orders. Drivers aged 21 to 24 pay a $22 per day under 25 surcharge.
