Frequently Asked Questions
Why did my promo code fail on a Hot Deal?
Many codes are limited to standard tee times, tied to a specific promo event, or already used up. GolfNow Rewards codes also don't work on many Hot Deals.
Can I get a refund if I cancel a Hot Deal?
Only if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead, the course is closed, or you have Tee Time Protection. Refunds come as GolfNow credit that expires after six months.
What can I spend GolfPass Points on?
Hot Deals tee times, convenience fees, TeeOff DEAL Times, and GolfPass subscriptions. Points are only awarded after you finish your round.
What does Tee Time Protection add?
GolfPass+ Annual members can cancel up to one hour before play for a limited number of reservations each year. Refunds arrive as GolfNow credit, not back on your card.
