Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return goop items?
For orders placed on or after June 26, 2026, goop accepts eligible full-price and sale items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened or unused, with tags and original packaging.
Can I exchange items or return opened beauty products?
Exchanges aren't accepted, so reorder the right item and return the original. Opened or tested skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance are only eligible for store credit after you contact customer care.
Do vendor-shipped items follow goop's return policy?
Not always. When a vendor ships an item, its product page lists that item's return policy in the Shipping & Returns dropdown.
Does goop charge to return an order?
Yes. US returns carry a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges aren't refunded except for faulty or damaged items.
Which goop items are final sale?
Intimate apparel, jewelry, personalized or custom products, and anything marked final sale or non-returnable can't be returned unless damaged or faulty. Items from third-party pop-up shops are final sale too.
