Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies for the Earned Service discount?
GOVXID handles verification and lists its approved groups. Public school teachers count as government employees, so choose "Public School Teacher" as your affiliation.
Does the service discount work on sale gear?
No. It skips items already on sale, plus training programs and subscriptions such as Tribe and the Sandbag Training+Ruck Program.
How long do I have to return GORUCK gear?
You get 30 days from delivery. The refund is minus the shipping fee you picked at checkout. Items must be unused, and Final Sale or SCARS customized gear can't go back.
Can I swap for a different size?
Yes, for the same product, when at least 5 units are in stock. Gear and apparel can also change color, footwear can change size only, and each item can be exchanged once.
How do I return a ruck plate?
Email team@goruck.com. Plates go back to a separate distribution center, so the standard returns portal can't generate the label.
