Frequently Asked Questions
What does the first order guarantee cover?
New customers get a satisfaction guarantee on their first order. GotPrint reprints it, or you can seek a refund. You pay return shipping, and the guarantee applies once per customer.
Is shipping free?
Not as a rule. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping appearing on select items and through promotions.
What comes in the sample kit?
It includes samples of popular products such as Trifecta Business Cards, Standard Business Cards, Special Shape Cards, Postcards, and Greeting Cards. Delivery takes about 15 to 20 days.
Do discount codes work on every product?
No. Codes often target one category, such as brochures, greeting cards, or apparel, so check the terms before you order.
