Frequently Asked Questions
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. You never have to mail the item back, and there are no restocking or return shipping fees. Don't discard your items until the return is confirmed complete.
Is there a longer window for holiday orders?
Yes. Items ordered between November 15 and December 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 31.
Will the color match my screen?
Not exactly. Monitors show colors differently, and Great Big Canvas prints true to the artist's specifications without altering the artwork.
Do refunds include shipping?
No. Refunds go to your original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping. Exchanges are issued as store credit.
What is the 365 day workmanship guarantee?
If an issue comes from materials or craftsmanship, you can exchange for store credit for a full year after purchase. The credit covers the item's full cost plus shipping.
