Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Helix sleep trial?
Mattresses get 120 nights from delivery, but you need to keep yours at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Each household can make up to two returns.
Does the trial cover orders from other retailers?
No. The return policy applies only to orders placed directly on the Helix website. Third-party orders follow that retailer's rules.
Does it cost anything to send a mattress back?
Helix says it charges no return fee during the trial and arranges pickup. Delivery fees for optional services such as in-home setup and removal are not refunded.
Do pillows and bedding get the same trial?
Foundations and frames have a 30-night trial. Pillows, sheets, protectors, and other soft goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
