Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find a Herff Jones promo code?
Look on your school's bookstore, alumni, or commencement page. Codes are often school specific, so one posted for another campus may not work on your order.
Can I cancel a class ring order?
Yes, until midnight of the third business day after ordering, though the minimum deposit may be forfeited. After that, cancelling costs $125 for rings that are not gold or $150 for gold, plus $40 on payment plans.
Does a ring code work on every style?
Not always. Amounts often depend on the metal, and some school offers exclude certain collections. Read the terms on your school's page before picking a ring.
What does the ring warranty cover?
Defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. If a ring cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund is allowed.
