Frequently Asked Questions
Can I stack promo codes?
No. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers on the site, and they are entered on the View Cart page, just below the checkout button.
Why am I being charged shipping on a sale order?
Only items marked for shipping promotions qualify, and shipments over $215 get no shipping discount at all. A cart mixing eligible and ineligible items pays shipping on the ineligible ones.
What is the return policy?
Hickory Farms backs its items with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or a gift recipient is unhappy, call or email for a replacement, refund, or credit, whichever you prefer.
Does my online promo code work in a Hickory Farms store?
No. Online and retail stores do not share promo codes at this time. Retail locations also run their own promotions, and most open only during the holiday season.
Where is my sign-up promo code?
Some first-time codes activate only by clicking through the welcome email, which can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
