Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use two promo codes on one order?
No. Horizon allows one promotional offer per order, each valid once per customer, and offers do not apply to earlier purchases or in retail stores.
Does the 7% hero discount stack with sale prices?
No. It cannot be combined with other offers, it covers the equipment price only, and the code must be obtained and used on horizonfitness.com.
What if a better deal appears right after I order?
Horizon refunds the price difference on horizonfitness.com purchases for up to one week after the order. Retailer price matching is excluded.
How long do I have to return a machine?
30 days from delivery, and you must get authorization first. Refunds cover the amount paid plus taxes, less original shipping and return freight.
Who pays for return shipping?
In-Room and White Glove Delivery & Assembly returns carry no shipping cost or handling fee. Other options can cost more, such as $155 return shipping plus a fee of up to 20% on Economy delivery.
