Frequently Asked Questions
How do Full Throttle rewards get paid out?
Rewards are issued on the first of each month for the prior month's orders, once you reach $5. Redemption windows run 60, 90, or 120 days by tier, and gift card redemptions earn nothing.
What is the return window, and who pays shipping?
New, unused items bought on horizonhobby.com can be returned within 30 days after you receive a return authorization number. You pay shipping both ways, and original shipping is not refunded.
Why is free shipping sometimes slower?
Free standard ground is rate shopped for the most economical reliable carrier, so it can take a few days longer than paid options.
Can I apply more than one reward code at once?
Yes, up to five reward codes can go into one checkout. The program covers orders shipping to the US or Canada.
Can I return a LiPo battery?
No. LiPo batteries are never returnable because of safety and shipping rules. Other batteries need to be unopened and unused.
