How long do I have to return a chair?
Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. You pay return shipping, and the product must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Does the 15 day window apply to insurance purchases?
No. That policy covers purchases not reimbursed by insurance. Return terms differ for third party payers, and Hoveround provides the details on request.
Which items cannot be returned?
Custom built wheelchairs and some scooters or power chairs with custom add-ons are final sale. So are cushions and backs, slings, mattresses, and most bath safety equipment, for hygiene reasons.
Is home delivery and setup included?
White Glove Delivery, with in-home setup and training, is included on Medicare and private insurance purchases. Card buyers pay extra for it, and it is not available in every area.
