Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a scent I end up not liking?
The posted return policy excludes personal care goods such as beauty products, along with sale items and gift cards. Trying a lower priced piece first, like the $28 Soft Body Whip, limits the risk.
How do I report a damaged or wrong item?
Email customerservice@ismellgreat.com right away. Return requests must come within 30 days of receiving the order, and packages sent back without approval are not accepted.
