Frequently Asked Questions
How do I claim a price adjustment?
Bring proof of purchase, and your member number must have been used at the original purchase for the 90 day window. Store purchases are adjusted in store, and online orders go through customer service.
What is the minimum for large item delivery?
The merchandise subtotal must be at least $35 after discounts, coupons, credits, and promotions. Gift cards, taxes, fees, and assembly do not count toward it.
Can I return a mattress?
Mattresses cannot be returned. You can exchange one for another mattress a single time within 90 days of purchase.
How long do I have to return IKEA items?
New and unopened products can be returned within 365 days for a full refund, and open products within 180 days. Bring your receipt and a valid government photo ID.
Are delivery fees refunded on a return?
No. Shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping falls on the buyer unless items arrived damaged or with missing pieces. Returns to a store are always free.
