No. State fees are added on top, and any fees Incorporate.com pays to a government office for you cannot be refunded.
Does the annual report service renew automatically?
It is an annual subscription. You are invoiced for renewal plus state fees unless you give written notice at least 90 days before the renewal date.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
If you cancel before the order is submitted to a government office, you get back what you paid minus a service fee. After submission, any refund is at Incorporate.com's discretion.
