Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine the military discount with a coupon code?
Usually not. Jared generally allows one promo per order, and the military discount excludes clearance items and some watch brands.
Can I return a ring or exchange it online?
You have 30 days, counted from the ship date on online orders. Returns can go through jared.com, but exchanges must be done at a Jared store. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus delivery charges.
What order total gets free shipping?
Orders over $199 ship free on the default expedited service. Items not in stock at your local store can also ship there for free.
Which purchases are final sale?
Special ordered watches, custom designs, gift cards, and jewelry that has been engraved or altered beyond sizing or stone setting can't be returned or exchanged.
