Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
Sixty days from the original purchase date with a receipt, in original condition. For jcp.com orders, order details in your Shopping History count as a receipt.
Are furniture and mattress returns different?
Yes. Furniture must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee and an $85 pick up fee. Mattresses have 120 days. Delivery fees aren't refundable.
What does mailing a return cost?
A flat $8 through UPS. Bringing the item to a store instead avoids that fee.
How do I return a marketplace item?
Log in, open order history, and contact the third party seller. The seller provides a free return label for eligible returns.
