Frequently Asked Questions
What can't I return?
Underwear, swim bottoms, bodysuits, packaged items like hosiery and accessories, and anything on sale are final sale. Eligible full price items must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached.
Is return shipping refunded?
No. Shipping and handling on the original order is not refundable unless the error was Journelle's. A prepaid USPS or UPS label is used for US returns, and labels cannot be created for international orders.
How long is the return window?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Orders placed from December 1 to December 31 get 30 days, and refunds carry a 7% restocking fee.
Can I return an online order in a store?
Yes. Journelle stores accept online order returns with the email receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds go to the original payment method, or you can take store credit in gift card form.
