Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use more tan one Julep code on an order?
No. Julep allows one offer per order. The only exception is free shipping over $40, which needs no code.
Does Julep adjust the price if an item goes on sale later?
No. Julep doesn't offer price adjustments on any products, so a later markdown won't lower what you already paid.
Can I add a code after I've placed my order?
No. Codes can't be applied to orders already placed, and an order can't be edited or canceled once it goes through. Enter the code before you pay.
What is the return window on Julep orders?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds cover the product and sales tax but not the original shipping. Kits must come back whole, not item by item.
