Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return custom blinds?
Products are made to order, so returns need prior authorization. Approved returns must ship back in original condition within 30 days of receipt, and return shipping is your cost and isn't refunded.
What does the Deluxe Warranty add?
A one time upgrade that includes 30 day Measure Protection, 30 day Design Assurance, and a 3 year Breakage Guard. Remakes are limited to one per product, and price differences or oversize shipping fees can apply.
What does the standard warranty cover?
Vendor defects and shipping damage reported within 14 days of delivery, plus failures of materials and operating mechanisms for up to 3 years. It doesn't cover color, style, or size.
How many free samples can I get?
Up to 10 samples of any product. Order them before you buy, since a mismatch on color or style isn't covered by the standard warranty.
