Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return Kay jewelry bought online
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date, and a prepaid label is available for mail returns. Exchanges get 60 days but must be done in a store.
Can I cancel a Kay.com order after placing it?
Eligible orders can be canceled within one hour of placing them, so act quickly.
What happens to my Gems if I return something?
Gems earned on the returned item are deducted and no longer count toward your tier status.
Which Kay items can't be returned or exchanged?
Custom designs, special ordered watches, engraved or altered jewelry, ear piercing earrings, and gift cards are excluded. The sizing fee on a ring sized to order is refunded if you return it.
Why isn't a Kay offer applying to my piece?
Sale and rewards offers can leave out certain new items, designer brands, and licensed or exclusive collections. Promotions and prices may also differ between stores and online.
