Returns need a receipt within 45 days, or 60 days for purchases on the Lane Bryant Credit Card by Rewards members. Final Sale items can't be returned.
How are BOGO purchases refunded?
You get the full amount paid only if both the full price item and the discounted item are returned. Otherwise the credit reflects a prorated share of the discount.
What does the credit card first day offer include?
You get $20 off your first purchase when you open and use the Lane Bryant Credit Card the same day. Online orders need a $20.01 minimum, and approval is required.
Do mailed returns cost anything?
Mailed returns typically have a $7.95 fee deducted from the refund. Online orders can also go back to any Lane Bryant store.
How do Rewards tiers work?
Silver covers spending up to $349, Gold covers $349 to $799, and Platinum starts at $800. Points per $1 rise from 10 to 15 to 20, and Platinum members get free shipping with no minimum.
