Frequently Asked Questions
How does the sleep trial work?
It starts on delivery and lasts 120 nights. You can return a mattress between nights 31 and 120, and Leesa coordinates the pickup and refunds your purchase.
Is shipping really free?
Leesa ships by FedEx Ground to all 50 states at no cost. Mattress returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada carry a $100 fee deducted from the refund.
Do gift recipients get the trial?
Yes. If you buy a mattress as a gift, the person who receives it gets the full trial period.
Is there a limit on returns?
Yes. The trial covers up to two mattress purchases per household. Foundations, frames, and bedding have a 30 night trial, and adjustable bases must go back in the box within 30 nights.
What does the warranty cover?
Mattresses carry a limited lifetime warranty. Keep proof of purchase and avoid stains or damage, since those can affect coverage.
